海南“菜篮子”工程产供销链存在的问题及对策研究

受气候影响大、异常天气频繁、地理位置在流通环节上的特殊性、供需波动大等多种客观因素的影响,海南在"菜篮子"工程建设上的难度指数相对于其他区域会更高、更难。近几年,海南省专题研究部署"菜篮子"工程,"菜篮子"工程建设虽已取得一些成效,但仍存在很多问题,正是这些问题造成海南夏秋季蔬菜供给不足、蔬菜价格波动大、产供销链脆弱等现状。文章在分析了海南"菜篮子"工程在生产、流通和销售三大环节中存在的主要问题的基础上,提出优化"菜篮子"工程产供销链的主要思路和具体措施。
