摘要
污水处理过程复杂、影响因素多,同时当前我国污水处理厂故障频发和出水不能实现稳定达标排放。在此背景下,污水处理故障诊断对保证污水处理厂正常运行和达标排放有非常重要的意义。介绍了几类故障诊断方法、特点及其在污水处理故障诊断中的应用现状。重点介绍了诊断专家系统和数学模拟方法的应用研究进展,同时分析了现有污水处理故障诊断方法存在的不足,并对将来的研究和发展方向提出了展望。
Wastewater treatment process is complex and the factors influencing the effluent quality are numerous. At present, failure occurs frequently in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in China, and the effluent quality cannot stably meet the discharge standards. Thus, trouble shooting of the wastewater treatment process is of great significance in ensuring proper operation of WWTPs and discharge permits compliance. In this paper, several trouble shooting methods and their applications in wastewater treatment were stated. Specifically, advances in the application of the expert systems (ES) and mathematic simulation were discussed in detail. Moreover, the drawbacks of these diagnosis methods were also analyzed. Finally, the research and develop- ment direction of the wastewater treatment trouble shooting methods were proposed.
