我国政府数据开放中的个人隐私保护问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Individual Privacy Protection under Open Government Data in China

文章从政策与法律法规保障、个人隐私保护机构和政府数据开放平台三个方面对我国政府数据开放中的个人隐私保护问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。这些对策包括制定政府数据开放和隐私保护相关政策法规,建立个人隐私保护权威机构,进行严格的数据审查,制定统一的数据脱敏处理标准规范以及规范个人信息的开放。

This paper analyzes the problems of individual privacy protection under open government data in China from the aspects of policies and laws protection, individual privacy protection authority and open government data platform, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. These countermeasures include the establishment policies and laws of open government data and privacy protection, the establishment of individual privacy protection authority, strict data examination, formulate a unified standard specification of data desensitization and regulating the opening of personal information.
