文章在研究公共图书馆开展文化扶贫工作现状的基础上,分析公共图书馆实施文化精准扶贫的步骤,具体包括前期调研、对象选择和资源分配。在此基础上,从管理主体、内容和方式要素三个方面研究了公共图书馆实施文化精准扶贫的模式构建,并提供了几种可供选择的文化精准扶贫模式,以期为公共图书馆开展文化精准扶贫工作提供指南。

Cultural precision poverty alleviation is an important part of precise poverty alleviation. It is the strategic transformation of the focuses on poverty alleviation strategy in poor areas of public cultural service system in our country. Based on the study of the current situation of poverty alleviation work of public libraries, this paper analyzes cultural precise steps for poverty alleviation, including prophase research, object choice and resource allocation. On this basis, this paper has built several poverty alleviation modes in terms of management main body, content and essential way. It provides several precise selection of culture poverty alleviation and guide for public libraries to carry out cultural precision poverty alleviation.
