省级公共图书馆文化精准扶贫现状及问题研究

A Study on Current Situation and Issues of Cultural Precise Poverty Alleviation in Provincial Public Libraries

文化精准扶贫是扶贫工作的重要组成部分。省级公共图书馆作为公共图书馆事业的领头羊,是包括贫困地区在内的全省文化基础设施的重要提供者,理应承担文化精准扶贫相应责任。文章着眼省级公共图书馆,采取网站调研和文献调研相结合的方法,对省级公共图书馆开展的相关实践活动和学术研究进行调研。调研发现,部分省级公共图书馆对文化精准扶贫的意识薄弱,精准识别力度有待提高,在促进实践开展和学术研究以及跨地区合作上还有很大提升空间。

Cultural precise poverty alleviation plays an important role in poverty alleviation. Provincial public libraries which work as the leader of public library facilities, while providing cultural infrastructures for the whole province including areas in poverty, should also bear the responsibility. This paper focuses on provincial public libraries, utilized both website investigation and literature research to carry out the study on practices and academic research related to cultural precise poverty alleviation. The study finds that some of the provincial libraries show weak awareness on cultural precise poverty alleviation, and more efforts should be put into poverty accurate identification, as well as the practices and cross- regional cooperation since there is still much room for improvement.
