互联网条件下的自发式包容性增长——基于一个“淘宝村”的纵向案例研究 被引量:19

摘要 本文通过一个典型村的电子商务创业的纵向案例分析,揭示了一种新的包容性增长模式:自发式包容性增长的过程与机理。互联网条件下,BOP(金字塔底层)群体通过电子商务创业活动,提升了其自身的价值创造能力,在共同富裕的同时,自发实现了包容性增长,达成了公平与效率的有机结合。互联网ICT技术通过机会均等和数字赋能两种方式促进了自发式包容性增长的实现。自发式包容性增长的过程发生在三个层面:在产业发展层面上,是由点(创业种子)的商业模式创新带动面(创业集聚和产业集群)的发展;在能力发展层面上,是从模仿学习(商业模式模仿和技术模仿)升级到创新应用的能力;在社会发展层面,是从城乡断裂状态到城乡融合和就地城镇化。政府应注重利用市场的力量,加强制度供给,保证制度的有效性,通过降低交易成本、创业成本和学习成本等途径促进自发式包容性增长的实现。 Based on a case study of rural E-commerce entrepreneurship of Dongfen village from northern China, this paper revealed the mechanism and process of a new pattern of inclusive growth: Spontaneous Inclusive Growth(SIG). Through the BOP(bottom-of-pyramid)' s activities of entrepre- neurship and learning by doing, SIG was spontaneously achieved, realizing with more sustainability, Equity and efficiency as well. Under the circumstance of Internet, rural E-commerce entrepreneurship is the foundermental way to achieve SIG. During the process of SIG, from the aspect of industrial development, it is from the point (seed business model) innovation to plan (business model duplicated and imitated, business agglomeration and industry cluster development); from the aspect of ability development, it is from comparative advantage to competitive advantage; from the aspect of social devel- opment, it is from urban and rural fracture state transition to urbanization. The government should pay attention to the use of market forces to strengthen the supply of the institutional system. In order to ensure the effectiveness of this system, they should pay attention to the reduction of transaction costs, start-up costs and learning costs.
