摘要
该活塞全自动铸造装备适用于发动机活塞铸造工艺工业化全自动生产,属于发动机活塞铸造过程中的专用铸造装备,集多项技术于一身。设备运行稳定可靠,产品废品率低,铸造工艺先进,保证了活塞铸造毛坯的质量控制的稳定性,显著提高了活塞毛坯的质量,使活塞毛坯废品率控制在3%以下,同时和传统此类铸造设备相比生产效率提高了一倍。该装备解决了国内活塞铸造过程中依靠人工操作自动化水平低,生产效率低的难题,改善了工作环境,降低了能耗,减轻了工人的工作强度。活塞全自动铸造装备技术研究改善了国内活塞铸造技术落后国外同行的局面。
The piston automatic casting equipment is suitable for the automatic production of the engine piston casting process industrialization,and belongs to the special casting equipment in the process of engine piston casting,and is set to a number of techniques. Equipment operation is stable and reliable,low defective rate,casting technology is advanced,to ensure the piston casting blank quality control stability,significantly improve the quality of the piston blank,the piston blank scrap rate control below 3%,and such traditional casting equipment in production efficiency doubled. The equipment solves low artificial operation automation level and low production efficiency in foundry process,improve the working environment and reduce energy consumption,reduce the work intensity of workers. The piston automatic casting equipment technology research has improved the situation of the domestic piston casting technology backward foreign counterparts.
