摘要
在分析单螺杆泵运行过程中定转子间啮合关系的基础上,提出了一种新型的定子内曲面加工方法——包络法,并通过数学及运动模型对包络加工法的可行性、科学性进行了验证,验证结果显示该加工方法用于螺杆泵定子内螺旋曲面的加工,镗削出的内螺旋曲面廓形与理论值较为接近,具有较高的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the meshing relationship between stator and rotor of single screw pump in the operation process,we put forward a new stator surface machining method,envelope method,and through the mathematical motion model,the feasibility of machining method is scientifically verified,verification results show the processing method for processing screw pump the stator helical surface,boring the inner spiral curved surface and the theoretical values are close to a high feasibility.
