摘要
针对球形件的结构,进行了注塑工艺分析。为了实现球形件的注塑成型,采用了强制脱模的方式进行设计。根据球形件的结构特点,设计了4个活动的推件块,利用限位块限位,并通过计算确定限位块的位置,以保证同时推出塑件和让位球型芯,顺利实现了球形件的强制脱模。模具结构简单,动作安全可靠,产品合格,满足用户要求。
In view of the structure of the spherical part,the injection molding process was analyzed. The forced demoulding was adopted in order to realize the injection molding of the spherical part. According to the structure characteristics of the spherical part,the four activity ejector pads that were limited by four stop blocks were used to push the plastic parts and give way to the ball core at the same time. The positions of four stop blocks were determined by calculation. As a result,the forced demoulding of the spherical part was successfully realized. The mould structure was simple and the movement was safe and reliable.The qualified products were made and the plastic parts met the needs of users.
