摘要
基于信息物理系统的汽车铝合金铸造轮毂自动化制造系统以工业机器人为平台,利用云计算、大数据、物联网等技术手段构建轮毂制造的铸造和热处理机器人系统、机械加工机器人系统、打磨抛光机器人系统、涂装机器人系统等4大核心加工制造子系统,推动轮毂制造设备(机器人)的协作运行,实现汽车轮毂生产线远程、可靠、实时、精细管控和轮毂的自动化、智能化制造。满足轮毂制造的质量、效率和成本需求,具有良好的经济推广价值。
The automotive aluminium alloy foundry system based on the cyber physical systems is the platform of industrial robots,the use of technologies including cloud computing,big data,Internet of things to build wheel manufacture of casting and heat treatment of four big core processing subsystems of the robot system,mechanical processing robot system,grinding polishing robot system,painting robot system,drive wheel manufacturing equipment( collaborative robot),automobile wheel hub line distance,reliable,real-time and precise control and automation,intelligent manufacturing hub. Meet the quality,efficiency and cost requirements of wheel hub manufacturing,and have good economic promotion value.
