摘要
将具有抗菌功能的凤尾草提取物水溶液和具有消臭功能的蛋白石超细粉末添加到黏胶纺丝液中,通过湿法纺丝工艺制备抗菌消臭再生纤维素纤维,并测试纤维的外观形态、力学性能、摩擦性能、吸湿性能、抗菌性能和消臭性能。结果表明,与普通黏胶纤维相比,抗菌消臭再生纤维素纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和回潮率略有下降,摩擦力增大,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为92.46%,对氨气、醋酸、异戊酸、2-壬烯醛的消除率分别为94.73%、97.50%、95.00%、82.14%,纤维具有优异的抗菌消臭性能。
The phoenix-tail fern aqueous solution having antibacterial function and opal uhrafine powder with deodorizing function were added to viscose spinning solution, and it was used to prepare the antibacterial deodorizing regenerated cellulose fiber by wet spinning process. The appearance, mechanical properties, friction properties, moisture absorption properties, antibacterial properties and deodorizing properties of the fiber were tested. The re- suits show that compared with the common viscose fiber, the breaking strength, elongation at break and moisture regain of the antibacterial and deodorizing regenerated cellulose fiber decrease slightly, and the friction force in- crease. The inhibition rate of fiber against staphylococcus aureus is 92.46%, and the elimination rate of fiber a- gainst ammonia, acetic acid, isopentoic acid and 2-nonenal are 94.73%, 97.50%, 95.00% and 82.14% respective- ly, thus the fiber has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties.
