生物质石墨烯内暖针织运动面料生产实践 被引量:14

摘要 从原料选择、编织工艺、染整工艺3方面,介绍新型生物质石墨烯内暖针织运动面料的设计思路及开发工艺。选用16.67 tex/144 f石墨烯复合涤纶,在佰源BYJM20型双面圆纬机上开发双面结构的起绒针织面料。详细介绍编织工艺及注意事项、染整工艺及技术要点,测试产品的基本性能及远红外法向发射率、蓄热升温值,同时与市场同类蓄热保暖火山岩快热涤纶、远红外印花(纳米陶瓷粉)产品进行对比分析。结果表明,生物质石墨烯内暖针织面料远红外功能佳,蓄热升温值高于同规格火山岩快热功能面料、远红外印花功能面料,最高温差可达7~8℃,且手感柔软、穿着舒适、功能持久,可满足消费者对秋冬季户外运动装的需求。 This paper introduces the whole idea and process for developing biomass graphene knitted thermal sports fabric from the raw material selection, knitting technology, and dyeing and finishing process. It develops a knid of double knitted raised fabric by knitting with 16.67 tex/144 f grapheme composite polyester on the BYJM20- type double circular knitting machine. It describes the knitting technologies and precautions, dyeing and finishing process and technical points. Especially, it tests the basic performance of the biomass graphene thermal fabric, the performance of far-infrared emissivity, and the performance of heat-generating and thermal preservation. At the same time, biomass graphene knitted thermal fabric is compared with mineral easy-warm fabric, and also compared with far-infrared nanoceramic powder printed fabric. The results show that the biomass graphene knitted thermal fabric has excellent properties for far-infrared function, and the regenerative heating temperature is 7-8 ℃ higher than the other two fabrics. Meanwhile, the property for heat-generating and thermal preservation is persistent, which satisfies the customer's requests and the textile standards.
