摘要 以侧链含氢硅油(PHMS)与端乙烯基硅油(VPS)为原料,制得固体有机硅弹性体(SSE)并分散于氨基硅油(ASO)中进行乳化,得到有机硅弹性体织物整理剂(SSE+ASO乳液)。利用红外光谱对SSE进行结构表征,测定了SSE+ASO乳液的粒径分布、在织物表面的成膜性及接触角,探讨了工艺条件对织物性能的影响。结果表明,SSE+ASO乳液平均粒径为175 nm,粒径细小均一,耐酸碱稳定性及离心稳定性较好;能在织物表面形成一层均匀且致密的保护膜,静态接触角为142.3°;当固化温度为150℃,乳液浓度为15 g/L,m(ASO)∶m(SSE)=10.0∶2.0时,乳液整理后棉织物表面形成的膜比较均匀,柔软性和防水性能较好,手感最佳。 With the side chain hydrogen containing silicone oil (PHMS) and the end vinyl silicone oil (VPS) as raw material synthesized solid silicone elastomer (SSE), dispersed it in amino silicone oil (ASO) for emulsifica- tion, then it obtained the silicone elastomer fabric finishing agent (SSE+ASO). The structure of silicone elastomer SSE was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the distribution of particle size of SSE+ ASO emulsion and the on the surface of the fabric and contact angle were measured. The effects of processing con- ditions on the properties of fabrics were discussed. The results show that the SSE+ASO with an average diameter of 175.06 nm, the particle size of the emulsion is fine and uniform with a good of acid and alkali resistant emulsion stability and centrifugal stability; The emulsion film and hydrophobicity is good, which can form a layer of uniform and compact protective film on the surface of the fabric, and the static contact angle is 142.3 degrees; When the curing temperature is 150 ℃, the emulsion concentration is 15 g/L, m(ASO):m(SSE)=10:2, the surface of the cotton fabric after the SSE+ASO emulsion finishing is more uniform, the softness and waterproof properties are better, and the hand is the best.
