摘要 提出基于服装生产数据并结合学习曲线理论的批量系数的确定方法,指出批量系数与产品难度、手工作业比例、产品熟悉度有关,介绍了标准批量的确定方法及批量系数的具体分析步骤。通过应用实例构建首件产品加工时间模型,确定学习曲线导数为-0.08时的累计产量为产品标准批量,构建了批量系数计算模型,得出产品批量系数。此方法可为企业接单报价、预估利润、员工薪资平衡提供科学合理的依据,有助于企业的科学化、精细化以及智能化管理。 The method to determine coefficient of lot size based on garment production data and learning curve theory was proposed. It pointed out that coefficient of lot size related with production difficulty, the proportion of manual work and product familiarity. The determination method of standard batch and the detailed analysis proce- dure of coefficient of lot size were introduced. The processing time model of the first product was constructed through application examples, and it determined that the cumulative output was the product standard batch when the learning curve derivative was -0.08. The calculation model of coefficient of lot size was constructed. This method can provide scientific and reasonable basis for enterprises to quote price, forecast profit and balance salary of employees, which can make enterprises management to be scientific, refined and intelligent.
