摘要
高速列车"高速、重载化"的发展给人们带来快捷、方便的同时,也因车轴疲劳断裂事故的增多给人们带来了巨大的安全隐患。描述了因应力集中导致车轴疲劳断裂的过程。综述了疲劳裂纹的来源及国内外学者减小高速车轴疲劳裂纹源产生和提高疲劳强度的应对措施。在此基础上,提出了几点值得关注和研究的方向。
The development of high speed and heavy load for high-speed trains can provide the high-efficient and convenient life for people. Nevertheless, the potential safety problem also exists due to the increased risks of axle fatigue fracture. The process for the fatigue fracture induced by stress concentration was illuminated. The source of fatigue cracks and the corresponding measures for decreasing the appearance of the fatigue crack source of high speed axle in China and abroad and improving the fatigue strength were reviewed. Based on the above analysis, some directions which are worthy of attention and research were proposed.
