摘要
介绍了第二代高温超导材料的发展概况,指出涂层导体的最终性能取决于基带的表面质量。从机械抛光和电解抛光两方面综述了改善基带表面质量的工艺方法,并提出改善基带表面质量的发展方向。
The development status of second-generation high-temperature superconductor(HTS) substrate was introduced. It was pointed out that the ultimate performance of coated conductor depended on the surface quality of the substrate. The process methods for improving the surface quality of the substrate were introduced from the aspects of mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing. And the development direction to improve the surface quality of the substrate was proposed.
