TC4和TA15合金的高温摩擦磨损性能对比研究

摘要 分别采用GCr15和Al_2O_3球作为摩擦配副,研究了TC4和TA15两种不同Ti合金在600℃时的高温摩擦磨损性能,分析了其磨损机制。结果表明,与GCr15对磨时,TC4合金的平均摩擦系数较TA15略高。与Al_2O_3球对磨时,TC4的平均摩擦系数较TA15略低。TA15合金在高温下无论是与GCr15还是与Al_2O_3球对磨,其磨损失重均小于TC4合金。在高温下,基体合金表面(包括TC4和TA15)的氧化加剧了其磨损程度。 The high temperature friction and wear behavior of TC4 and TA 15 alloys were comparatively studied by using GCrl5 and Al2O3 balls as the counterparts respectively at 600℃. The wear mechanisms were analyzed. The results show that the average friction coefficient of TC4 alloy is a little higher than that of TA 15 alloy when sliding against GCrl 5 ball. While sliding against Al2O3 ball, the average friction coefficient of TA4 alloy is a little lower than that of TA15 alloy. The wear mass loss of TA15 alloy is lower than that of TC4 alloy at high temperatures whether sliding against GCr15 or Al2O3 balls. The oxidation on the surface of substrates (including TC4 and TA 15 alloys) aggravates the wear extent at high temperature.
