摘要
通过Charpy冲击试验、常温和高温拉伸试验以及维氏硬度试验对动车组列车制动盘材料(23CrNiMoV锻钢)的低温冲击功、室温拉伸性能、高温强度及塑性进行了研究。对23CrNiMoV锻钢的显微组织、晶粒度、断口形貌及断裂机理进行了研究。结果表明:材料的回火组织为索氏体,晶粒度等级为7级。拉伸断口为韧性断口,室温下抗拉强度大于1100MPa、伸长率大于10%,韧脆转变温度为-30℃。23CrNiMoV锻钢具有较好的塑性和韧性以及优良的低温力学性能,能满足低温及较高载荷下的使用要求。
The low-temperature impact energy, room-temperature tensile property, high-temperature strength and ductility of brake disc (23CrNiMoV forged steel) of the multiple unit train were studied by Charpy impact test, room temperature and high temperature tensile test and Vickers hardness test. The microstruture, grain size, fracture morphology and fracture mechanism of 23CrNiMoV forged steel were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure after tempering is sorbate and the grain size number is seven level. The tensile fracture is ductile fracture. The tensile strength is more than 1100 MPa and the elongation is greater than 10% at room temperature, and theductile brittle transition temperature is -30 ℃. 23CrNiMoV forged steel has good ductility and ,toughness, excellent mechanical properties at low temperature, which can meet the using requirements of low temperature and higher load.
