摘要 利用金相显微镜、SEM、拉伸试验机、便携式粗糙度仪,研究了飞机蒙皮用纤维金属层合板基体2024-T3铝合金薄板。结果表明:2024铝合金的线膨胀系数和毛化后的表面粗糙度显著降低。随着自然时效时间的延长,材料的力学性能增大,5 h后趋于稳定,且抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别可达477、319 MPa和17%。这些参数可避免后期制备层合板时出现分层、纤维脱丝等现象。 The fibre metal laminated plate matrix of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy sheet for aircraft skin was studied by optical microscope, SEM, tensile testing machine and portable roughness equipment. The results show that the linear expansion coefficient and the surface roughness after frosting treatment of 2024 aluminum alloy markedly decrease. With the increase of natural aging time, the mechanical properties of the materials increase and then tend to be stable after 5 h, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation rate can reach 477 MPa, 319 MPa and 17%, respectively. These parameters can avoid the delamination and fiber stripping in the later preparation of the laminated plates.
