热成型工艺对镍包铁粉填充橡胶电磁屏蔽及隔声性能的影响

Effects of Thermoforming Process on Electromagnetic Shielding and Sound Insulation Performance of Rubber Filled with Nickel Coated with Iron Powder

摘要 研究了热成型工艺对镍包铁粉填充橡胶电磁屏蔽性能及隔声性能的影响。结果表明:硫化时间随硫化温度的升高而降低,硫化时间过长及硫化温度过高对材料的电导率及电磁屏蔽性能均有不利影响。当硫化温度为150℃时,材料的电磁屏蔽性能最佳。硫化压力提高,材料的密度会得到提升,材料的隔声量相应得到提高。当硫化压力为40 MPa时,材料隔声量最高,达到34.9 d B。 The influence of therrnoforming process on the performance of the electromagnetic shielding performance and the sound insulation performance of the rubber filled with the nickel coated iron powder were studied. The results show that the curing time decreases with the curing temperature increasing, a long time and high curing temperature of sulfuration have adverse effect on the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of the material. The electromagnetic shielding performance of the material is the best when curing temperature is 150 ℃. The density and the sound insulation of the material improve accordingly while the curing pressure increases. When the pressure of vulcanization is 40 MPa, the highest sound insulation quantity of the material can reach 34.9 dB.
