摘要
通过搅拌铸造法制备实验用TiB_2/6061铝基复合材料,对室温和高温下6061铝合金和Ti B2/6061铝基复合材料的硬度、拉伸性能和断裂特性进行了研究。用扫描电子显微镜分析了两者的微观断裂形貌。试验表明:添加TiB_2颗粒使6061铝合金的力学性能大幅改进。在20~500℃拉伸试验,同一温度下TiB_2/6061的极限抗拉强度比6061铝合金的大;随着温度的升高,两者的抗拉强度均下降;在高温下,TiB_2/6061拉伸断裂颈缩较小;在20~200℃,6061铝合金的拉伸沿45°斜面断裂。随着温度升高,有明显颈缩,延展性增强。
TiBJ6061 Al matrix composites were prepared by stirring casting method, and hardness, tensile properties and fracture characteristics of 6061 and TiB2/6061 at room temperature and high temperature were studied. The fracture morphologies were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the mechanical properties of 6061 AI alloy are greatly improved by adding TiB2 particles. In tensile tests from 20 ℃ to 500 ℃, the ultimate tensile strength of TiBJ6061 is higher than that of the 6061 Al alloy at the same temperature. As temperature increases, the two tensile strengths decreas, and the tensile fracture of TiB2/6061 decreases at high temperature, tensile fracture of 6061 Al alloy appears along the 45 degree slope from 20 ℃ to 200 ℃. As temperature increases, it has obvious necking and ductility increases.
