摘要
27SiMn钢是我国自主研发的低合金结构钢,作为矿用支护设备专用钢,其具有优良的强韧性能和力学性能。对27SiMn钢进行不同的等温热处理工艺,对所获得的材料进行微观组织观察和微观硬度测量,并分析其组织和性能。结果表明:450℃等温温度下材料的组织主要为铁素体+珠光体,显微硬度约为202.6HV;410℃等温温度下材料的组织主要为粒状贝氏体+珠光体,显微硬度约为283.1HV;370℃和330℃等温温度下材料的组织主要为贝氏体和板条马氏体组织,显微硬度约为273.8和262.9HV。
27SiMn steel is a low alloy structural steel which is researched by our country independently. It has excellent strength performance and mechanical property as special steel of mining machinery support equipment. The different isothermal heat treatment processes of 27SiMn steel were conducted, and microstructure and micro hardness were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of specimen is mainly ferrite and pearlite at isothermal temperature of 450 ℃, and the vickers hardness is approximately 202.6; the microstructure of specimen is mainly granular bainite and pearlite at isothermal temperature of 410 ℃, and the vickers hardness is approximately 283.1; the microstructure of specimen is mainly bainite and lath martensite under the isothermal temperature of 370 ℃ and 330 ℃, and the vickers hardness is about 273.8 and 262.9 respectively.
