摘要
在实验室条件下研究了不同淬火介质对X70管线钢显微组织的影响。结果表明,X70管线钢对淬火介质的冷却速度很敏感,经过不同介质淬火得到的组织有明显差异。改变聚乙二醇水溶液的浓度配比可以得到不同的冷速,从而得到不同的组织。
The effect of different quenching media on the microstructure of X70 pipeline steel was studied under laboratory conditions. The results show that X70 pipeline steel is very sensitive to the cooling rate of the quenching medium. The microstructure obtained by different media quenching has obvious differences. Different cooling rates can be obtained by changing the concentration ratio of polyethylene glycol aqueous solution to get different microstructures.
