摘要
以低碳合金钢8620RH材质齿轮锻件毛坯为研究对象,研究开发了一种新型的锻件预处理工艺:利用中频快速加热锻件毛坯,空冷至适当温度放入等温炉,短时保温后出炉空冷的正火工艺。试验选取了典型环类零件,制定了3种不同加热温度的等温正火工艺进行试验,对金相组织和硬度、晶粒度等进行分析研究,最终确定了一种最合理的工艺方案。此工艺最大特点是热处理过程用时短、速度快、效率高。
The blanks of 8620RH gear forgings material with low carbon alloy steel were studied, A new type of pretreatment process-isothermal normalizing process for the forging was developed. The process is that heating the forging blanks through intermediate frequency furnace, after air cooling, putting them into the isothermal fumace for a short time and then air-cooling to the room temperature. Through the study of three different heating temperatures for typical ring-shaped parts with material 8620RH, a best one was found out based on the result of hardness, microstructure and grain size. The most characteristics of this process are short time, fast speed and high efficient during the heat treatment.
