国内外DRGs发展与C-DRG方法论原理改进研究

Research on DRGs development at home and abroad and improvement of C-DRG Methodology

C-DRG收付费改革是今年我国医改的重点任务之一。本文梳理了疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)在国内外的发展情况,通过国内外对比分析我国(北京)的DRGs在方法论原理上的不足,然后结合我国医疗卫生体制改革的实际情况,从DRGs的方法论原理出发,确立了DRGs改进的原则、方法论原理和计算公式等,提出完善C-DRG方法论原理改进方案,使C-DRG更加科学准确,为推动我国医疗卫生体制改革提供参考。

C - DRG fee collection reform is one of the key tasks of health care reform in China this year. This paper reviews the diagnosis related group （DRGs） development at home and abroad, analyzes the shortage of DRGs （Beijing） on methodology theory in our country through compa- ring domestic and abroad. And then combines with actual situation of China＇s medical and health system reform. It establishes principle, methodol- ogy theory, computational formula and so from DRGs methodology theory. It puts forward to perfect the C - DRG methodology theory improvement plan. Makes C - DRG more science and accuracy, and provide reference for promoting the reform of medical care system in China.
