摘要
介绍了从岗位管理、个人素质和工作考核3个方面,以岗位积分、个人积分(包含学历积分和工龄积分)、考核积分建立了一套动态的行政后勤部门绩效分配体系,并探讨了实践效果,以期为公立医院绩效改革提供参考。
It introduces three aspects from post management, personal quality and work assessment. Builds a set of dynamic administrative lo- gistics department performance distribution system from post integral, personal integral ( include education background integral and working years integral) and assessment integral. At the same time, it discusses practical effect and so as to provide reference significance for perform- ance reform in public hospitals.
