摘要
为研究混凝土柱箍筋锈蚀机理,利用已有混凝土柱锈蚀试验的数据,根据概率论与数理统计原理,对混凝土保护层、箍筋直径、箍筋间距等多因素影响下的锈蚀率试验数据进行回归和相关性研究,并基于SPSS统计软件进一步对锈胀裂缝宽度与箍筋转角处锈蚀率的关系进行了分析,通过多元线性回归建立了箍筋转角锈蚀率预测模型。研究结果表明:混凝土柱中箍筋平均锈蚀率与保护层厚度、箍筋直径及箍筋间距密切相关且线性回归关系显著;各因素对箍筋转角处锈蚀率影响程度不同,影响权重依次为裂缝宽度>直径>保护层厚度>箍筋间距。通过试验数据对箍筋转角锈蚀率预测模型进行对比验证,预测效果良好,为混凝土结构耐久性评估提供了理论依据。
In order to study the corrosive mechanism of concrete column stirrup,the author performed a regression and correlation analysis to study those existing concrete column corrosion experimental data that were influenced by the thickness of protective layer, the stirrup diameter and the stirrup spacing.In the meantime,how much can concrete corrosive crack width affects stirrup corrosion rate was also been analyzed with SPSS.Based on the multiple linear regression methods,the author established a stirrup comer corrosion rate prediction model.The results indicate a positive linear relationship between the protective layer thickness, the stirrup diameter, stirrup spacing and the average corrosion rate of concrete column stirrup;the influence weight order of various factors is crack width〉stirrup diameter〉thickness of the protective layer〉stirrup spacing.By verifying the prediction model with experimental data,it proved that the prediction performance of this model was satisfactory and the prediction results provide a theoretical basis for the durability assessment of concrete structure.
