摘要
试验采用粉煤灰、矿粉两种常用矿物掺合料和高性能复合外加剂,制备了具有较高防水抗渗性和耐久性的高性能防水混凝土。试验结果表明:相对于萘系、聚羧酸两种常用类型的减水剂,DHZ-I混凝土复合液与矿物掺合料复掺使用能极大地改善混凝土的防水抗渗性能,抗渗等级可达P30以上,同时混凝土具有较好的抗氯离子渗透、抗裂和抗碳化性能;矿物掺合料的掺入能大幅提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,但掺量过大时不利于混凝土的早期强度和抗碳化性能。
High-performance waterproof concrete was preparation by the means of adding fly ash, slag powder and high-performance additives.Results of the trial indicated that using DHZ-I concrete composite additives mixed with mineral admixture can effectively improve the concrete waterproof impermeability,impermeability grad P〉30,and at the same time,concrete has better resistance to chloride ion penetration,crack resistance and carbonation resistance.The addition of mineral admixture can greatly improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete, but it is not conducive to the early strength and carbonation resistance performance of concrete.
