早期综合护理对51例脑卒中患者的心理和认知功能康复效果观察

Effect of early comprehensive care on psychological and cognitive rehabilitation of 51 stroke patients

目的探讨脑卒中患者最佳的护理方法,以提高患者康复效果。方法 2016年4月~2017年4月期间,将在我院入院治疗的脑卒中患者分为对常规护理组和早期综合护理干预组两组。常规护理组患者采取传统的护理方法。早期综合护理组患者在患者入院时,从增强护患沟通、早期医学健康教育和早期康复训练等角度进行护理。结果从患者理焦虑、抑郁和认知功能情况几方面比较,早期综合护理组患者取得的效果更为理想,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者开展早期综合护理,患者的心理和认知功能康复效果更加理想,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of stroke patients the best,in order to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients. Methods The stroke patients in our hospital during the period from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into routine nursing group and early comprehensive nursing intervention group.Patients in routine nursing group were treated with traditional nursing.For the patients in early comprehensive nursing intervention group,at the time of admission,nursing was carried out from the perspectives of enhancing nurse patient communication,early medical health education and early rehabilitation training. Results Compared with the patients with anxiety,depression and cognitive function,the patients in the early comprehensive care group achieved better results.There was statistical significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early comprehensive care for patients with stroke,the rehabilitation of patients with psychological and cognitive function is more satisfactory,and the effect of nursing is remarkable.
