临床护理路径在白内障患者护理中的应用效果及其预后分析

Effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with cataract and its prognosis analysis

目的探究临床护理路径在白内障患者护理中的应用效果和预后分析。方法将本院2014年1月~2015年8月收治的200例白内障患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规白内障患者护理,实验组采用临床护理路径,对比实验组和对照组白内障患者对护理工作的满意度、主要指标和术后情况。结果对照组满意度为68%,实验组满意度为97%,两组的护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用临床护理路径较常规护理能降低住院费用,缩短住院时间,两组的主要指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组健康知识掌握为99%,对照组为71%;实验组并发症发生率为22%,对照组并发症发生率为8%,两组健康知识掌握率及并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在白内障患者护理中的应用效果明显,且预后良好,促进了护患关系的和谐发展。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with cataract and its prognosis analysis. Methods 200 cataract patients cured in our hospital from January 2014 to Auguest 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine cataract care, and patients in experimental group were treated with clinical nursing pathway. The satisfaction, main index and postoperative condition of nursing work of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of the control group was 68%, the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97%, and the statistical difference of the nursing satisfaction between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with routine nursing, the clinical nursing pathway could reduce the hospitalization expenses and shorten the hospitalization time, and the difference of the main indexes between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The health knowledge in experimental group was 99%, and 71% in control group. The complication rate of experimental group was 22%, and there was significant difference between the two groups in the rate of health knowledge and the incidence of complications（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing care of cataract patients is obvious, and the prognosis is good, which promotes the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.
