目的分析精神专科病房封闭式管理的护理风险,并提出有效的管理对策。方法充分考虑精神专科病房护理和管理的特殊性,全面评估当前的护理与管理工作,对精神专科病房封闭式管理的护理风险进行研究分析,针对护理风险提出有效的风险管理对策,保证患者和护理人员的安全。结果护理人员防范风险、识别风险、应对风险的能力加强,风险事件发生率降低。结论重视精神专科病房封闭式管理的护理风险,针对护理风险提出有效的风险管理对策,可以降低风险事件的发生率,对患者和护理人员的安全至关重要。

Objective To analyze nursing risk of closed-end management in psychiatric ward,and put forward effective management countermeasure. Methods Considering the particularity of nursing and management in the psychiatric ward,comprehensively evaluating current nursing and management work,research and analysis on nursing risk of closed-end management in psychiatric ward.And to put forward effective risk management countermeasures for nursing risks,ensure the safety of patients and caregivers. Results The nursing staff＇s ability of guard against risks,identify risks and cope with risks were strengthened,and the incidence of risk events was reduced. Conclusion Attaches great importance to the spirit of specialist ward closed-end management of nursing risk,and put forward effective risk management countermeasures for nursing risk,can reduce the incidence of risk events,and it＇ s very important to the safety of patients and nurses.
