摘要
目的探究授课为基础的教学模式联合问题导向教学法在生理学教学中的应用及对学生学习兴趣的影响。方法选取2014级临床医学专业1班与2班共61名为观察组,选取3班与4班共62名为对照组。对照组采用授课教学模式进行生理学教学,观察组在对照组基础上采用问题导向教学法进行生理学教学。统计比较两组单元测试成绩及期末测试成绩,评估对比两组学习兴趣程度及教学效果。结果观察组单元测试成绩及期末测试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感兴趣度93.44%(57/61)高于对照组80.65%(50/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组课堂气氛活跃、提高自主学习能力、激发学习兴趣、提高团队合作能力认可度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以授课为基础的教学模式联合问题导向教学法进行生理学教学,可改善教学效果,提高学生学习质量,增强学生学习兴趣。
Objective To explore the application of teaching-based teaching model combined with teaching method in physiology teaching and its influence on students' interest in learning. Methods A total of 61 students in class 1 and class 2 were selected as the observation group.62 students in class 3 and class 4 were selected as the control group.The control group used the teaching model to carry out physiological teaching,and the observation group adopted the problem-based teaching method in the physiological teaching on the basis of the control group. Unit test results and final test results were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The scores of unit test and final test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The observation group was 93.44%(57/61),which was higher than the control group with 80.65%(50/62),and the difference was statistically signifieant(P ~ 0.05).The observation group had an active classroom atmosphere,improved self-learning ability,stimulated learning interest and improved teamwork ability were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Teaching-based teaching model combined with teaching method in physiology teaching can improve teaching effect,improve students'learning quality,and enhance students' interest in learning.
