红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷消除产后痔疮水肿疼痛的效果观察

Effect of infrared irradiation and applying hot soaks with magnesium sulfate on postpartum hemorrhoid edema and pain

目的观察产后出现痔疮的产妇,采用红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗的临床疗效分析。方法将2015年3月~2017年3月于我院生产产妇,产后发生痔疮者94例,依照随机数字表法分成联合组与对照组两组,其中对照组常规换药配合马应龙痔疮膏,联合组采用红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷。将两组产妇治疗后的痔疮疼痛及肿胀程度、手术率对照解析。结果产后24、48、72、120h联合组产妇疼痛VAS评分与痔疮水肿程度评分明显低于对照组。产褥期痔疮手术与母乳喂养情况对照组中无患者进行手术,且有44(93.62%)例为母乳喂养;对照组中有8(17.02%)例进行手术,有30(63.83%)例为母乳喂养。对照组患者的手术率高于观察组患者,母乳喂养率低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于产后出现痔疮的产妇,采用红外线照射联合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗方式,可有效缓解痔疮水肿与疼痛症状,有在临床上推广、使用价值。

Objective To observe the postpartum occurrence of hemorrhoids,to analyze the effect of infrared irradiation and applying hot soaks with magnesium sulfate. Methods In the recent period （from March 2015 to March 2017） in our hospital,94 cases of hemorrhoids who were produced in our hospital were divided into two groups：the combined group and the control group according to random number method.In the control group,the patients were given route dressing change combination with the mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment,and the patients of combined group were given infrared irradiation and applying hot soaks with magnesium sulfate.The degree of hemorrhoid edema and pain,surgical rate of maternal in two groups were analyzed after treatment. Results The VAS scores of pain and hemorrhoid edema degree scores in combined group were significantly lower with postpartum 24,48,72,120h than those in control group.The operation of hemorrhoids and the condition of breastfeeding：No patients was operated in the control group,and 44 cases （93.62%） were breast-fed,in the control group,there were 8 cases（17.02%） undergoing surgery and 30 cases （63.83%） were breast-fed.The operation rate of the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the breast-feeding rate was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion In the case of postpartum hemorrhoids,the use of infrared irradiation and applying hot soaks with magnesium sulfate can effectively relieve hemorrhoid edema and pain symptoms,and it have clinical promotion value.
