关于中国、加拿大医学教育模式的比较分析

Comparative analysis of medical education models in China and Canada

加拿大是联邦制国家,其医疗服务和医学教育由10个省和3个地区自行负责,医学教育主要由政府提供资金,大学提供教育,第三方监管机构进行资格认证。教育体系包括医学院校教育3~4年,毕业后医学教育4~7年和继续医学教育三个阶段,通过长时间的培养、严格的考核和持续的质量改进为社会输入了高水平的医师。加拿大现在实行的是美国的北美医学模式,处于世界领先位置,有其充分的合理性。我国医学教育一直沿用的是"以学科为中心的"三段式教育模式,即按照公共基础教育、基础医学教育和临床医学教育三个阶段来培养医学生。本文重点研究关于中国、加拿大医学教育模式的比较分析,为中国医学教育提供借鉴。

Canada is a federal state.Medical and medical education in Canada is carried out by 10 provinces and 3 regions.The Canadian medical education is financed mainly by the government,the University offers education,and third party regulatory authorities implement qualification certification.The education system includes three stages such as 3-4 years of medical education,4-7 years of medical education after graduation and continuing medical education. the community has entered a high level of physicians.It provides a high level of physician to the community through a long period of training,rigorous assessment and continuous quality improvement.Canada is now implementing the North American medical model of the United States,which is in the lead of the world and has sufficient rationality. China＇s medical education has been using the ＇subject centered＇ three stage education model,namely,according to the basic public education,basic medical education and clinical medical education to train medical students.This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of medical education models in China and Canada,and provides reference for medical education in China.
