摘要
甲醇中心气化装置原有七台气化炉,新增第八套气化炉于3月7日正式试车后正常运行。根据公司生产要求,气化装置需要保证六台气化炉在线运行,保证每天甲醇合成所需的合成气供应,为此,气化装置将原来的"六开一检修"运行模式转换为"六开一备一检修",保证在运行气化炉有突发情况时能够及时投用备用炉,进而确保生产的平稳。但是长期热备一台气化炉需要消耗大量的燃料气或碳四燃料,造成生产成本增加,为了确定是否在线热备一台气化炉,对热备气化炉进行经济性论证分析。
