摘要
社会经济的发展带动着对各种原料、能源的需求量迅速增长,甲醇作为我国工业建设的重要原料,对其的需求也是与日俱增。利用煤气化生产甲醇早已成为工业中补充甲醇的重要来源,但这个工艺却并不完美。在这个过程中,如果不能够有效控制酸性气体则会严重影响到甲醇的纯度,影响甲醇的质量。为此,主要对几种常见的煤制甲醇装置酸性气体脱除工艺进行分析、比较与论证,以选择更好的方案。
