循环流化床气化炉安全联锁系统浅析

摘要 针对循环流化床气化炉安全联锁系统的设置进行了分析,分析了循环流化床气化炉联锁触发条件的选取以及相关联锁动作。为了避免系统不必要的停车,安全联锁系统选取气化炉温度、给煤系统状态、汽包液位、气化炉蒸汽流量作为联锁触发条件,联锁动作主要针对气化炉送风系统、给煤系统及煤气外供系统,并分析了上述联锁条件及联锁动作选取的原则和依据。 Aiming at the setting of the safety interlocking system of the circulating fluidized bed gasifier, the selection of the interlocking trigger condition of the circulating fluidized bed gasifier and the related interlocking action are analyzed. In order to avoid the unnecessary parking system, the safety interlock system selects the gasifier temperature, the coal feeding system status, the drum level, the gasifier steam flow as the interlocking trigger condition, the interlocking action mainly for the gasification furnace air supply system,Coal supply system and gas supply system, and analyzed the interlocking conditions and interlocking action selection principle and basis.
