智能灌溉对香蕉组培苗假植过程生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用田间小区试验,对比智能灌溉管理(代号A、C)与人工灌溉管理(代号CK)对香蕉组培苗假植阶段生长的影响,探索智能灌溉技术在香蕉组培育苗的应用效果。结果表明,与CK相比,A处理苗高、茎粗、叶片数、苗重、根重、须根数、根冠比分别提高16.18%、30.91%、21.25%、99.04%、241.18%、23.44%、117%,达到显著或极显著差异水平。A处理叶片数比C处理提高17.43%,达到显著差异水平。应用智能灌溉技术能够显著促进香蕉组培苗生长,提高优质苗比率,提高产投比。 In this study, a field plot experiment was carried out to compare effectsbetween intelligent-irrigation (Code A and C) and artificial irrigation technology (Code CK ) on growth of banana tissue cuhure seedling during pre-planting andapplication effect of intelligent-irrigation technology on banana tissue culture seedling were explored. The results showed that compared with CK, the plant height, stem diameter, the number of leaves, weight of plant, weight of root, number of fibrous root, root/shoot ratio under treat A increased by 16. 18%, 30.91%, 21.25%, 99.04%, 241.18%, 23.44% , 117% very significantly. Number of leaves under treat A increased by 17.43% than under treat C significantly. The results indicated that application of intelligent irrigation technology could significantly promote the growth of banana tis- sue culture seedling, improve the high quality seedling ratio, and improve the input-output ratio.
