摘要
猕猴桃因风味独特,营养丰富,广受消费者喜爱。文章综述了猕猴桃组织培养研究现状,重点介绍了茎尖、茎段培养、叶片、叶柄培养、培养基添加物等方面取得的进展,并对猕猴桃组织培养技术今后的应用和前景提出展望。
Kiwifruit is popular for its unique flavor and nutritional properties. This paper reviewed the research status on tis- sue culture of kiwifruit, especially in shoot tip culture, stem euhure, leaf culture, petiole culture and medium additives, etc. Finally, we proposed some orientations for future applications and developments on tissue culture of kiwifruit.
