摘要
介绍了加氢裂化装置反应进料和反应流出物管道内主要存在有高温H_2+H_2S腐蚀和低温湿硫化氢腐蚀,分析了腐蚀发生的主要部位,并结合影响腐蚀水平的因素,提出了各个腐蚀环境下选材依据及要求。
In this paper,the hydrothermal cracking unit is introduced into the reaction feed and the effluent of the hydrocracking unit.There are high temperature H_2+H_2S corrosion and low temperature wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion.The main parts of the corrosion are analyzed,and the factors influencing the corrosion level are put forward.Selection of corrosive environment under the basis and requirements.
