摘要
低压燃料气质量是保证克拉2气田中央处理厂下游导热油炉运行效果的关键因素,但低压燃料气罐在使用过程中存在出口燃料气含蜡多等问题。针对这些问题,中央处理厂开展分析研究,制定措施对低压燃料气罐上下游工艺进行优化和改造,从根本上解决了存在的问题,同时为其他类似装置的设计提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。
The quality of low-pressure fuel gas is the key factor to ensure the operation effect of the downstream heat treatment oil furnace in the central processing plant of Kela 2 gas field.However,there are many problems in the process of low-pressure fuel gas tank.In view of these problems,the central processing plant to carry out research and study,the development of low-pressure fuel tank upstream and downstream process optimization and transformation,to fundamentally solve the existing problems,while other similar devices designed to provide a valuable experience.
