A Case of Quantitative Analysis of Methamphetamine in Drug Semi-Finished Products

采用气相色谱质谱联用技术对缴获的毒品进行毒品半成品中甲基苯丙胺的定量分析,由于样品基质的复杂性和不确定性,传统的前处理技术如液液提取、固相萃取等并不适用。采用调节pH值后直接稀释法进行定量分析,在实际案件分析中得到应用,成功破获一起制毒案件。

Quantitative analysis of methamphetamine in drug semi-finished products was carried out by gas chromatographymass spectrometry.The traditional pretreatment techniques such as liquid-liquid extraction,solid-phase extraction and so on were due to the complexity and uncertainty of the sample matrix.Does not apply,in this case using the direct dilution method to adjust the pH quantitative analysis,in the actual case analysis has been applied,successfully cracked with a drug case.
