摘要 培养实践能力强的高素质人才是当前国际和国内高等教育发展的趋势,"721"人才培养模式正是适应时代发展需要而提出的。全国大学生化工设计竞赛是课堂通往工程实际的一个重要平台。结合竞赛特点及近几年我校在竞赛中取得的成绩,探讨竞赛对学生综合能力培养的促进作用,重在提高学生的自主学习能力、提高创新能力、增强团队协作精神、增强工程实践能力,从而提升学生总体能力,践行"721"人才培养模式。 Cultivation of high-quality talents with strong practical ability is the trend of higher education development at home and abroad."721" talents cultivation mode is just to meet the needs of the times.National chemical engineering design competition is the important platform for the way from classroom to engineering practice.Jointing Competition characteristics and achievements,improvement of competition on students' comprehensive ability was explored.The overall ability of students was enhanced including selflearning ability,innovation ability,group cooperation spirit and engineering practice ability."721" talents cultivation mode has been practiced.
