摘要
利用纯物质热化学数据对重整工况中钙基脱氯剂出口HCl平衡含量进行了热力学计算。计算结果表明在重整装置工况条件下,HCl与钙基脱氯剂的反应倾向于自发发生;实际工况中,钙基脱氯剂中的Ca(OH)_2会逐渐转化为CaCO_3;实际脱氯剂床层HCl出口含量更接近HCl与CaCO_3反应平衡计算结果。
The thermodynamics equilibrium concentration of HCl on Ca-based dechlorination aent in in the reforming unit were calculated according to thermodynamic data. The reaction of HCl with Ca-based dechlorination aent can occur spontaneously under the conditions of reforming unit because of the low negative value of ⊿G thermodynamically.The result reveal that HCl was removed essily in the reforming unit.
