国产草坪型狗牙根优良品种的抗盐性及与钠钾离子含量的关系 被引量:1

Salinity Tolerance and Relationship with Shoot Na+and K+Contents in the Domestic Turf-type Bermudagrass Cultivars

摘要 狗牙根(Cynodon Rich.)抗盐性较强,在盐碱地具有很好的应用潜力。对现有的国产狗牙根品种进行抗盐性评价及与钠钾离子含量的关系分析,有利于快速选择抗盐优质的狗牙根品种及进一步的抗盐育种。以相对叶片枯黄率、相对枝叶修剪干重和相对根系修剪干重为指标,对几个国产狗牙根品种进行了抗盐性评价。结果表明,参试品种的抗盐性从强到弱依次为苏植2号>阳江>邯郸>保定>TifgreenⅡ>喀什>Tifgreen>南京>C1>C2。盐胁迫下狗牙根枝叶中的K+含量降低,Na+含量和Na+/K+比增加。盐胁迫下的枝叶钠钾离子含量与抗盐性的关系跟狗牙根种类有关,其中狗牙根(C.dactylon)的抗盐性主要跟枝叶中的Na+含量呈显著的负相关,而杂交狗牙根(C.transvaalensis×C.dactylon)的抗盐性主要跟枝叶中的K+含量呈显著的正相关。 Bermudagrass (Cynodon Rich.) is a salinity-tolerant turfgrass, and has good application potential in saline soil. Studying the salinity tolerance and the relationship with the shoot Na+ and K+ contents in bermudagrass cuhivars was beneficial to the rapid selection of salinity tolerance cultivars and further salinity tolerance breeding. Salinity tolerance was evaluated in some Chinese bermudagrass cultivars based on the indicators of relative leaf firing percentage, relative shoot clipping dry weight and relative root clipping dry weight. The results showed that the salinity tolerance of the tested cultivars decreased in the following order: Suzhi No. 2 〉 Yangjiang 〉 Handan 〉 Baoding 〉 Tifgreen II 〉 Kashi 〉 Tifgreen 〉 Nanjing 〉 C 1 〉 C2. Shoot K+ content reduced, and shoot Na+ content and Na+/K+ ratio increased in all bermudagrass cultivars under salinity stress. Correlation between salinity tolerance and shoot ion content was associated with the types of bennudagrass, in which salinity tolerance was significantly correlated with the shoot Na+ content in common bermudagrass (C. dactylon), but was significantly correlated with the shoot K+ content in hybrid bermudagrass (C. transvaalensis × C. dactylon).
