社会资本在大学生就业中的作用研究——基于黑龙江省内高校的调查分析

A Study of the Role Played by Social Capital in College Students Employment Based on Research and Analysis of Colleges in Heilongjiang Province

随着经济发展和高校扩招,中国大学生数量逐年递增,高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻。应届毕业生初次就业和社会资本的调查结果显示,家庭、高校以及毕业生个人的社会资本对于大学生就业有正面影响,但是,大学生的社会资本不平衡,毕业生对社会资本的利用不充分、不主动。大学生要在积极提高自身人力资本的基础上,在适当范围内主动开发和充分利用自身的社会资本,积极用于自身就业。

With the development of economy and expansion of college enrollment, theamount of college students in China is increasing year by year, presenting a daunting challengeto college graduates. According to the survey of first employment and social capital of freshgraduates, social capital of family, college and individual have positive influences on collegestudent employment. However, imbalance of social capital of college students can be seen andthere exist inadequacy and passivity in the utilization of it. Therefore, college students areexpected to actively develop and take full advantage of their own social capital for employmenton the basis of improving their human capital.
