摘要 介绍了全石墨副产高压蒸汽二合一氯化氢合成炉的特点和工艺流程。通过回收利用余热技术副产压力为0.8~1.2 MPa蒸汽,达到了节能降耗、增效的目的,提高了化工厂整体经济效益。 The thesis introduced the characteristic, technological process and operation of 2 in 1 byproduct high pressure steam hydrogen chloride synthetic furnace. The goal of energy-saving and efficiency-improving can be attained by recovering waste heat and generating the steam with the pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa. Therefore, it is very practical in enhancing the whole economic benefit for chemical factories.
