Overseas scholars＇ attention to the core values of contemporary China has become a new angle of view to observe the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on different positions, they have reached a number of basic conclusions and perspectives by using different academic methods. Review and analysis of them can provide useful reference and academic inspiration for the research of values and for Chinese socialist practice, and enhance our confidence in our own system. It also helps to clarify the fallacy and discern the authenticity so as to better nurture and practice the socialist core values, and to improve and develop the Chinese socialist system.
