Study on the Operation Quality Assessment of P2P Platform Based on Factor Analysis

P2P网络借贷平台作为同各参与者直接交互的媒介,在P2P网络借贷中的地位十分重要。为了实现对其运营质量较为客观的评价,首先,在查阅中外文献的基础上,结合现状研究,构建理论基础,得出了P2P平台运营质量评价的指标体系,其次,运用因子分析法对75家P2P网络借贷平台的实时数据进行了处理,得出网站的历史和规模这一指标对网站评价的贡献最大,最后根据相关结论,对监管机构、网贷平台及相关投资者提出了一些建议。

As the medium of interacting directly with various participants, the internet - based P2P lending platform plays a vital role. To assess their operation quality in a relatively objective way, this paper, after consulting home and foreign documents and by combining with researches on current development, establishes a theoretic basis and comes up with an indicator system to evaluate the operation quality of P2P platforms. Then, it also handles real - time data of 75 internet - based P2P lending platforms via factor analysis and draws the conclusion that the indicator of website history and scale is the biggest contributor. At last, it proposes some suggestions to regulatory institutions, Internet - base lending platforms and relevant investors according to related conclusions.
