摘要 为了建立中药材川黄柏(Phellodendri Chinense)和关黄柏(Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis)的快速辨别和真伪鉴定方法,基于川黄柏含极少量黄柏酮而关黄柏含大量黄柏酮,同时川黄柏和关黄柏两者均含有盐酸小檗碱,用薄层色谱法中的分级展开法,在日光灯下将样品与黄柏酮标准品对照,通过两者显著差异性快速辨别川黄柏和关黄柏,同时在紫外灯下与盐酸小檗碱标准品对照实现真伪鉴定.该方法操作简单,具有快速,分离效果和重现性好的优点.薄层色谱法能够应用于川黄柏与关黄柏的快速辨别和真伪鉴定,有助于该类中药材的质量控制. The method of grading expansion in TLC is used to establish a method for rapid distinguishment and identification of Cortex Phellodendri Chinense and Cortex Phellodendn" amurensis as cortex phellodendd amurensis contains plenty of obacunone but cortex phellodendri chinense contains a little, and both cortexphello- dendri chinense and cortex phellodendri amurensis contain berberine hydrochloride. Cortex phellodendn" chinense and cortex phellodendri amurensis are rapidly distinguished based on the significant differences comparing the two samples with obacunone standard under the light. The identification of authenticity is achieved by com- paring the samples with berberine hydrochloride standard under the UV lamp. This method is easy, effective and good at reproducibility of thin layer chromatography. TLC method can be used in the rapid distinguishment and identification of cortex phellodendn chinense and cortex phellodendn" amurensis, benefiting the supervision and inspection of these Chinese medicinal materials.
